LTTA: Ideation

The LTTA started with the introduction of the host and guest participants, their schools, and project teams. Icebreaking activities were organized to help students get to know each other, encourage communication, and prepare for teamwork.

Partner schools presented the project activities they had completed before the mobility, sharing their experiences and achievements. An entrepreneurship expert delivered a training session on the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and techniques for identifying market opportunities. Local entrepreneurs were invited to share their experiences and inspire students with real-life examples from the business world.

Participants also visited the local Chamber of Commerce, where they learned about support mechanisms and opportunities available for young entrepreneurs. During a practical workshop, students developed innovative business ideas and learned how to prepare and deliver effective business pitches.

Working in mixed international groups, students brainstormed and created business concepts for their project enterprise. Each group presented its idea, and the best enterprise was selected through a voting process involving students, teachers, and experts. Students then developed a Business Model Canvas and defined key team roles and responsibilities.

A coordinators’ meeting was held to evaluate the project's progress and plan future activities. The LTTA concluded with a closing event and certificate ceremony celebrating participants’ achievements.
