LTTA at SUMMA College– Business Planning
The LTTA focused on developing a comprehensive and effective business plan for the project enterprise. The mobility began with the introduction of participants and schools, followed by icebreaking activities that encouraged communication, cooperation, and teamwork among students from different countries.
Partner schools presented the activities they had completed before the mobility. An entrepreneurship expert delivered a training session on the importance of business planning, goal setting, and aligning objectives with a business strategy. Successful entrepreneurs were invited to share their experiences and provide valuable insights into the entrepreneurial journey.
Participants also visited the local Chamber of Commerce, where they learned about opportunities, incentives, and support available for young entrepreneurs. During a guided workshop, mixed international groups worked collaboratively to develop business plans for the enterprise created during the first LTTA.
Each group presented its business plan through a visual presentation. Following the presentations, the best business plan was selected through a voting process involving students, teachers, and experts. Students also designed posters with catchy entrepreneurship slogans to promote entrepreneurial awareness.
A coordinators’ meeting was held to review the project's progress and discuss upcoming activities. The LTTA concluded with an exhibition of the posters, a closing event, and a certificate ceremony celebrating participants’ achievements.
