3rd  LTTA / Marketing

 DAY 1: The host and guest partners introduced their groups and schools. The host partner organised icebreaker activities to create a relaxed environment where students could exchange ideas, participate more fully in the meeting and prepare for team work.  Coordinators from the host school provided a short briefing on the activities and decisions taken in the previous LTTAs. In the afternoon, as part of the dissemination activities, all groups visited the Samsun Provincial Directorate of National Education. Teachers and students provided information about the project’s objectives, planned activities, and expected outcomes.

DAY 2: The second day was dedicated to a marketing training session delivered by a marketing expert from the Samsun Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Prior to the training, industry experts shared insights on the facilities and incentives available for young entrepreneurs in the region, along with real-life examples of both successful and unsuccessful entrepreneurial ventures.

The training then focused on developing effective traditional and digital marketing strategies to attract customers and build brand awareness. It also covered methods of conducting market research, including identifying customer needs and analysing market trends.In the evening, a welcoming event was orgaised by the hosting school.

DAY 3: As part of the cultural programme, a study visit to Amasya was organised.

DAY 4: All groups visited the company “APKA.” The owner, a successful entrepreneur, shared his personal entrepreneurial journey and provided valuable insights into his experiences and challenges.A workshop on digital and traditional marketing was organised at the school. Mixed student groups were formed, and they brainstormed to develop marketing plans and campaign ideas for the enterprise established during the first LTTA in Germany. Subsequently, students created visual presentations to showcase their marketing strategies and campaign proposals.

DAY 5:The student groups presented their marketing plans and campaign ideas to all participants. The best proposal was selected through a voting process. The winning marketing plan will be implemented during the project period.

Student and teacher interviews were conducted for press and media coverage. The LTTA concluded with a certification ceremony and a coordinators’ meeting to evaluate the activities and plan the next steps of the project.
