The Karl-Schiller-Berufskolleg Europaschule (KSBK) is a vocational school with approximately 1400 students, mostly aged between 16 and 22 years. The school offers various courses of education, including full-time courses such as a commercial high school (grades 11-13) and a commercial college (grades 11-12), as well as part-time courses such as industrial clerks, shop assistants, and medical assistants.KSBK has eight computer labs available for student use. During most lessons, students use tablets. KSBK has a strong focus on European activities and has participated in several European projects.
Our school has limited practical experience in the field of entrepreneurship. Therefore, we have undertaken this project to develop students' skills, from which they will benefit in the longer term.As a commercial school, we teach our students about the different legal forms of companies in our classes. However, this knowledge is often theoretical for them. To provide practical experience, we require our students to complete internships in both large and small companies, as well as with self-employed individuals. As an example, we have students who make their internship at huge companies like Cologne/Bonn airport and others who are working for one-man-offices. This allows them to gain a better understanding of the opportunities and risks associated with each legal form.

Gazi Anadolu Lisesi is a state school situated in the Black Sea region. Basic high school weekly course schedules are applied as 40 hours a week. The education focuses on natural and social sciences, as well as foreign languages. English and German are taught as foreign languages. There are 52 teachers and 726 students, aged 13-18. Most of our students come from low economic backgrounds and have fewer opportunities. Among them, 70 are refugees.
Our mission is to educate the students as individuals who are equipped in their fields, open-minded, aware of universal values, learn by adopting rather than memorizing, can use information, express themselves freely and clearly, creative and optimistic towards the world.
We give importance to sports, science, and social activities to enhance their personal improvement and soft skills. For this purpose, volleyball, football, and table tennis teams have been established, and 9 student social clubs are actively engaged in activities.
